Biography

Isabella Guzman is currently studying Music Education At Riverside City College’s Henry W. Coil Sr. School for the Arts, however, she also performs in its flute studio under the direction of Eileen Holt Sweet. She is currently a member of the RCC Wind Ensemble as well as other student led chamber groups. Isabella plans to pursue a career in Music Education and continuing her performance with the flute.

What inspired you to go into music?

I have been in band since 5th grade and have loved it ever since then! I have made most of the friends I still have today through meeting them in musical groups and I’m forever grateful for everything and I have learned and everyone I have met thus far in my education.

What is an interesting fact about you?

I’m double jointed!

What activities do you enjoy in your spare time?

I love to take pictures of anything and everything, cooking for family and friends, and I also love to write letters!

What are you most excited for about this 2024-2025 season?

I am most excited to meet new people in these ensembles and play amazing music!
